I am going to launch a website on a local market and don’t know what actually i have to write in my home page, about us etc. so that, if any person search that particular market place, my website’s name will appear in top ten, becz I have learned that website matter/content affect the search word in google or yahoo.com

I am not completely new to the job, but I have been doing it for less than one year. I know that networking with people you know is key (as well as I know telemarketing is the pits), but I want to know where are great places to network. I should have my real estate salesperson license soon and plan on joining the local board of realtors, so that is one advantage I will have… but I am looking for other suggestions that I might not have thought of.
