If you go to the link below you will see them listed as current models but the A720 IS and A650 IS are a little newer, and in the same category. They are both still excellent cameras though. If you can find one of them at a much lower price I would still recommend them. However, if you would like Image Stabilization one of the newer ones might be nicer. For the Powershot A series, the latest would be the A560 with 7.1 megapixel and it's being announced on February this year. The A640 and 630 is being announced August last year. what category?
